Please note due to a lack of components available for refurbishment, we will not be in a position to offer exchanges for XIMV’s and IMV’s older than 7-1-17. If the XIMV or IMV is out of warranty and the warranty sticker date is newer date than 7-1-17 we will allow an exchange.
