NGC/PGC Phone Support Contract – Priority Support Bronze – Provides 10 hours of support. Price: $1,000/yr. ($100.00/hr) Pricing is on a per site basis. Support Line contracts are designed to assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered during normal operation of ABB products and software. Contracts are based on a predetermined number of hours per year. In the event contract hours expire before a problem is resolved, additional hours may be purchased at the same hourly rate, until that case is closed. Additional blocks of hours can be purchased if the current hours are used up prior to the end of the contract year. Contract year begins and ends on the month and day the purchase order is accepted.
